Along with the development of China’s market economy, more and more intensecompetition in the employment of university students. University graduates can not besuccessfully employed to find suitable career for self-development and socialdevelopment are essential. Therefore, college students career planning, educationalresearch and practice more and more attention, and placed in a prominent and importantposition, how to strengthen and improve the education of college students careercounseling mode, accelerate the reform of employment of college graduates in China, toestablish a scientific standard university graduate employment market has a greatsignificance for China’s economic development, social stability, to improve job qualityand satisfaction of college students.In this paper, documentary research, experience, theoretical analysis and other researchmethods, an overview of the career planning, college career planning education Analysis,Career Planning Education System, conclusions and outlook of the four aspects of theproblem to elaborate.Career planning education is a product of the long-term social development, is theinevitable result of the high-speed social and economic development. College Students’Career Planning Education System can effectively solve the common problem of collegestudents career planning education to establish a scientifically rigorous, comprehensiveand systematic career planning and education system, making college students careereducation and counseling more robust organization, function better, so that the students inthe road towards career development goals more clearly, to develop more smoothly,realize their own values at the same time be able to make a greater contribution to society.
