At present, the information society has arrived. Information technology, particularly network technology on human life and even today have a major impact on survival. Information has become the most active areas of human society, the most decisive and most essential factor. Information society on the challenges of human performance for the comprehensive ability of the human challenges, information society, information literacy is the ability of the human an important part of comprehensive. In today's digital era of the network into a feature, do not have the information literacy, information operations and the development of law do not understand people who can not survive in the information society. Whether the information society has considerable national information literacy and have sufficient impact of information technology has become an important aspect of national competitiveness. At present, the cultivation of information literacy education is increasingly becoming the world as well as major community concern important issues of theory and practice. Students as the future of our country and society's successor, the impact of information literacy is no doubt the future development of the State, therefore, scientific evaluation of students information literacy, not only to foster information literacy for the students play the role of navigation, but also enable colleges and universities information literacy education, more targeted.In this paper, research status, select the Chengdu University of Technology as the research sample of full-time students to carry out the evaluation of undergraduate information literacy. In addition to summary and conclusions of this paper, the main points of the five sections. The first chapter is an introduction, the main topics for the paper made a number of arguments and answered research status, cause and significance of topics and research contents and methods, innovation and other issues; the second chapter the theory of information literacy assessment basis, respectively, meaning the information literacy and information literacy assessment standards on documents, and content of information literacy was defined into four levels: information awareness, information, knowledge, information skills, information ethics, and that information consciousness is an important prerequisite for information literacy, information and knowledge is an important foundation for information literacy, we believe that information skills are the core of information literacy, information ethics is the guide the sound development of information literacy, the four complementary and indispensable. Chapter III Assessment of Information Literacy for building a model system for students, according to results of previous studies, the reality of school, the establishment of undergraduate information literacy assessment system, which is divided into four level indicators, nine secondary indicators, twenty three indicators . System is established, conducted by AHP determining the weights. In this paper, the various indicators to determine the weights, taking into account the evaluation of the main (teachers, counselors) and the object (student), in determining the weight of the Synthesis of subject and object weight, the final weighted mean value was obtained last in this study system final weight, the result is relatively fair and scientific. Chapter fuzzy evaluation for undergraduate information literacy model is mainly built using the above evaluation system for research, because the index number of the students information literacy assessment system, not a very accurate evaluation scores, and these indicators have different degree of ambiguity, so the evaluation of information literacy for college students fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is appropriate. In this paper, three fuzzy evaluation of randomly selected validation data proved the scientific nature of the evaluation system. The final chapter of Students Information Literacy and suggestions, mainly through a survey on university students to understand the status of college students information literacy, and in accordance with current situation, put forward four proposals.In this paper, the research process that the students information literacy training is a systematic and long-term persistence of higher learning and community efforts, therefore, hope that this research can lead to university and community college students the importance of information literacy training and attention.
