Efficient classroom teaching of Chinese course in High school is the goal of curriculum reform because it reflects the organic integration of students'role of agent and teachers'leading role and promotes the overall development of students. The design of efficient classroom study-plan is a prerequisite of High school classroom and therefore how to design it in a scientific and rational way assumes much importance.Starting from the characteristics of Chinese course in High school, the first part of this paper introduces the studies on efficient classroom teaching and puts forward the issue of study-plan design on the basis of current related studies. The second part explores the underlying theories of efficient classroom study-plan design of Chinese course in High school and probes its components, principles to follow and features of excellent study-plan. The third part focuses on the study-plan design of both new and review lessons from the perspective of different course types, with a demonstration and specification of study-plan following.The study on efficient classroom study-plan design of Chinese course in High school conforms to the guiding principles of new curriculum reform in High school and it explores the design of different types of study-plan by taking the characteristics of Chinese course teaching into consideration. In this way it can make it possible to improve the teaching efficiency of Chinese course and enhance students'quality in Chinese education. A further study on the design of study-plan of Chinese course in High school is essential if an efficient classroom teaching is desirable.
