A Study On High Efficient Class In Primary School

The change of learning method has a prominent position in the new curriculum reform in basic education. However, the learning method "Independence, Cooperation, Exploration" which the new curriculum reform requires hasn’t been implemented in the elementary education. There are still some passive learning problems in Shengfeng elementary school-a medium-sized rural elementary school, in Xiaolan Town Zhongshan City, who has a relatively out-dated education concepts. Aware of his own problems, Shengfeng elementary school has changed his way of education with determination and action. He not only sets up the research groups and the experimental classes, but also carries out some practical research in the hope of changing the way of learning styles of the students. Based on large amounts of efficient class teaching experience, Shengfeng elementary school has made out some experimental plans and carried out the research step by step. From a hard beginning to a better situation, the member of the research group surmounted the construction and the management of cooperative learning groups, the compiling and application of Guided Learing Plan, finally he forms a mode of class teaching system which matches to himself. This has brought prosperous view in the class teaching.
