In the information age, the rapid development of media technology has brought great effects on the growth of young people , media has also had many negative effects on the growth of young people. For many vocational school students, they have no of pressure further studies so they spend much of their time in extra-curricular entertainment. Because of the instinct of seeking knowledge and lacking of recognition and self-control ability, students may be affected easily by the negative impact of media.In face of the new situation, the objectives of vocational education should be on how to teach students to get and distinguish information and how to train students to own good social adaptation. Now, many countries have opened media literacy education as a compulsory subject in primary and middle school. In China, media literacy education is relatively lacking of practice and research.The paper analyses domestic and foreign scholars'view about media literacy education through Analysis of Literature Method,and it summarizes the current situation of media literacy education, cultivating the significance and value of media literacy education.Then, the author extracts some students from Shanting, Tengzhou and Xuecheng , according to the differences of the economics of these areas in Zaozhuang, and makes a questionnaire to them. By analyzing the result of the questionnaire, find out the status about students'media contact: Students keeps more trust on network and TV than other media ways; they gives high praise on the network; their thinking degree is not so comprehensive. There is obvious difference between understanding and behavior to the media of the Primary Vocational School students. They are not so satisfied with what school can provide them and they learn the media ways by contacting with the classmates.Then I study the main design theory of media literacy education, the paper is based on Lasswell's communication model and Gerbner's cultivation theory, combined the characteristics of the Primary Ecnomics; School students with their real life. Researching from psychology, communication, sociology and other point of view, the paper avoids the one-sidedness of single-disciplinary research.Finally, combined with characteristics of Primary Vocational School students, makes series of practice. During the teaching procedures, we should adhere to the use of equal exchange of students and teachers, students critical thinking emotional interactive teaching methods. Teaching content can be presented by multi-media. Teachers can take a variety of practical activities to help students to use the media correctly and to help students to develop their habits of self-reflection. In this way, it can enable students to become active recipients of media messages. In the teaching process, the author pays attention to the Self-evaluation, students mutual evaluation and teacher's evaluation to the students. The teacher recommends excellent students to participate in skills competition and gain first and second prizes, stimulating the interest and enthusiasm for learning so that improve their comprehensive quality. I also study the process of practice, educational activities carried out on the practice of thinking, draw conclusions related to practice, and the future need for related research are reviewed.
