People attach no importance to high school geography, so the sense ofachievement of high school geography teachers has been dropping, and theirworking enthusiasm is being tested. However, the geography teacher and headteacher not only plays an important role in class management, but also is moreauthoritative in teaching, which will have a positive impact on the geographyteaching. Based on the current status of the two schools, in which the writer hasworked, and deeply investigation, the thesis analyzes why and how thegeography teacher and head teacher influences student’s learning effectively. Inthe background of head teacher professionalization, the thesis explores therelationship between class management and subject teaching.The thesis can be divided into six chapters:In the first chapter the writer puts forward the reasons for writing this essay.Based on it, the significance of doing the research work is interpreted. It’sbeneficial to improve geography teachers’ professional level and their level ofeducation and management. It also helps to achieve self-value. Meanwhile, it’shelpful to school administrators, who can effectively strengthen the head teacherteam’s construction. Besides, it provides practical experience for head teacherprofessionalization. In this part the writer also states the current situation of theresearch at home and abroad.In the second chapter the writer points out the head teachers’ role, whichprovides basis for teaching more authoritatively.In the third chapter the writer investigates and analyses the current situationof the high school geography teacher and head teacher, and analyses the causesaccording to the existing problems.In the fourth chapter the writer, based on the questionnaire method,compares and analyses the influence of the geography teacher and head teacher on students’ effective learning.In the fifth chapter the writer puts forth the effective ways of how thegeography teacher and head teacher affects teaching positively. The key is toteach well, love students, communicate with students effectively, build up trust,and tolerate students. At the same time, teacher should grasp the students’psychological characteristics, promote affinity, and be good at reflection,absorption, and promote their own professional growth.In the sixth chapter the writer points out the problems, to which thegeography teacher and head teacher should pay attention.This thesis closely combines theory with practice. It not only illustrates theproblems by using survey, forms and cases, but also uses some theories toanalyze the advantages and disadvantages, set forth facts and reason things out.In short, it’s very persuasive.
