since the 1980s when narrative research rose in western countries as a new research method, it has brought out the widespread concern in the field of education. In the late nineties, educational narrative was first introduced to China, and quickly became the new direction of educational research.Meanwhile, in view of the pressures and shortcomings of education management system, in the education field as a special group - high school head teachers, the current living and working conditions are extremely bad,that is, hard work,low efficiency, the lack of systematic ,effective and scientific guidance in the daily management ; In addition, in the new era, driven by the new curriculum, the old management concept and management models are already out of date. Therefore, whether subjective or objective, it is necessary and inevitable for the high school head teachers to be professional and research-based. Specialized high school head teacher education has become much the consensus of scholars and experts.Then, where is the way out? In trying to explore the process, I believe that encouraging the high school head teachers to carry out the narrative research is a shortcut to be professional and change their own situation. Educational narrative research doesn't need complex professional and theoretical knowledge, which has characteristics of easy operation. You can only need to tae up your pen to record your own stories around yourself and think you can; Second, many can learn from successful experiences, Li Zhenxi, Wei Shusheng and other successful teachers in this area are typical; again, high school class teachers has a certain quality of education theory, and the ability and energy to the pursue such research activities; Last, modern mass media for the head teachers exchanges between the narrative provides a broad open platform where they can successfully exchange their educational experience ,and eliminating the need for trial error time can make the standard of teaching of high school head teachers and education management quickly improve.As for high school head teachers, educational narrative can promote their narrative reflection, and the exchange of growth. Of course, from another perspective, because the special status of high school head teachers, their narrative research is more meaningful and valuable than the narrative of general teachers and education workers.They have the best location, so there are rich opportunities for student exchanges. They are the most direct witnesses and participants to class management, with the most vivid and the most extensive management experience , therefore they are able to hear the most authentic voice of the most natural way, and this sound from the front line of education specifically demonstrates the best image of the most valuable research material, promoting the development of education. It can be said of high school head teachers to achieve a win-win for narrative purposes, and believe their prospects.
