The Professional Growth Course Of Kindergarten Head's Educational Narrative Research

The principal is the foundation of a kindergarten,who is also an important level to estimate whether a kindergarten is good or not.The professional ability and overall quality of the principal decides the teaching quality of the kindergarten,she also sets a standard for all the other teachers,influencing whether children can grow up happily and healthily.That is to say,the principal plays an extremely important part in the development of a kindergarten,even controlling the destiny of which.This research uses the way of narration,talking about how a principal gets her own self-improvement,using the way of communication to gather information,through the description of how principal H grew up from a basic teacher to a principal.On this base,the writer attaches the focus to the principal's self-improvement course,digging deeply the crucial events during the course,detailedly stating all kinds of elements that have an effect on her professional improvement,so as to offer some advice for the other kindergarten workers.This research is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the origin of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the concept,the literature review,and the research ideas and methods.The second part is an overview of the professional development of the principal.The main contents include the connotation of the professional growth of the head of the garden,the elements of the professional structure of the head of the garden and the stage of the professional development of the head of the garden.The third part mainly describes the professional growth process of principal H at different stages.By adopting the method of narrative research,the researcher elaborated the professional growth process of principal H in detail from several stages,including pre-service preparation,preliminary entry,steady growth and maturity.The fourth part is the researcher's analysis of the growth factors of garden H.Based on Braun fenbrunner's theory of human development ecology,this part studies and analyzes the microsystem,mesosystem,exosystem,macrosystem in which the principal H is located,and obtains the factors that affect the professional growth process of the principal H.The fifth part is the reflection part of the researcher.Through the analysis of the professional growth process of principal H,the strategy to promote the professional development of garden director is discussed.The first is to give full play to the subject consciousness and promote the professional development of the principal.Second,the external environment should be optimized to create conditions for the professional development of the principal.
