Study On Dynamic Mechanism And Cooperative Model Of University-industry Cooperation

University and enterprise as two bodies of technology innovation, their complementarities in innovation recourse enable technological innovation of university-enterprise cooperation has become an important choice. At the same time, more and more theoretical research and industrial practice also shows that university-industry cooperation has become an important way to promote industrial innovation. However, from general point of view, the state of cooperative innovation in our nation is still loose to a large extent and the situation is not optimistic. And the problems that inadequate funding in scientific research, ideas and knowledge of issues, interests and rights issues, information and communication problems, etc. appear in the process of cooperation, resulting in the deficiency of motivation about cooperative innovation, that is to say, they did not really develop healthy and effective dynamic mechanism and cooperative model suitable each other, which limit the cooperation between universities and enterprises in depth to some degree. Therefore, to solve these problems as soon as possible and further explore the model of positive interaction between enterprises and universities, so that resources of enterprises and universities can get the rational use, and it is crucial, which will affect our current and long-term development in economics.The author visited 12 enterprises of different industries and sizes in the province of Shanxi, such as the 12th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and the Third Engineering Group Co., Ltd of China Railway, Taiyuan Aviation Instrument Co., Ltd., Taiyuan Coal Gasification Co., Ltd., Jinxi Machinery and so on, and obtained the research data through on-site interviews and questionnaires, at the same time, other part data could be available by E-mail. In this paper, according to survey results, first analyze the status of university-industry cooperation through the statistical analysis of the relevant factors; then, based on the mechanism of university-industry cooperation, analyze the environment and motivation factors of university-industry cooperation to build dynamic mechanism model; take the mode of "innovation centre of postgraduate education "for example to explore the mode of university-industry cooperation, at the same time, through two typical case studies that the innovation centre of postgraduate education of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology and Shanxi university, the effect of this pattern of university-industry cooperation could be investigated in-depth and traced to find the problems and make suggestions. It is hoped that the study of this paper would provide new ideas for the existing university-industry cooperation and have the practical reference value in formulating the related policies for the government.
