From the report of the 17 th CPC National Congress,it is clearly stated that China needs to build an innovative country,and in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,which put forward that innovation is the first driving force leading development,China's independent innovation capability has been raised to a strategic height after several years.The discussion on the postgraduate training mode under the perspective of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research is the realistic requirement for implementing the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan,and is the objective need to meet the social development and progress.In the era of big data and artificial intelligence,exploring the new mode of postgraduate training and improving the quality of postgraduate training is an inevitable trend forpostgraduate training units to actively adapt to social needs,provide innovative talents for the country,and provide intellectual security.This study adopts the bibliometric method to summarize the relevant literatures at home and abroad from the aspects of time distribution,content distribution and high citation analysis;the national innovation system theory,the triple helix theory and the synergy theory are the theoretical support;the collaborative innovation of production,study and research is the foothold.Through the definition of graduate education,postgraduate training mode and collaborative innovation concept of industry-university-research,the basic content of the research content is grasped.On this basis,the collaborative operation mechanism of industry-university-research is further analyzed.Starting from the internal and external dynamic factors that affect the operation mechanism,the dynamic mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism,management mechanism,guarantee mechanism and supervision mechanism of production,research and research synergy innovation and effective operation are constructed.Through the grasp of the dynamic factors and operational mechanism of postgraduate training mode among enterprises,universities and research institutes,this paper analyzes the training mode of the existing industry-university-research cooperation with the University of N as an example,and summarizes the synergies between industry,university and research institutes.The postgraduate trainingmodel highlights the problems of the operational mechanism to be improved,insufficient postgraduate training,unbalanced development between disciplines,inadequate policy and regulation,and weak government leadership.Through the analysis and experience of the typical postgraduate training model of industry,university and research in the United States,Germany and Japan,this paper believes that it is necessary to establish innovative postgraduate training concepts,strengthen government leadership coordination,play the role of multi-subject synergy and improve the supervision and evaluation system.Start with the practical path and optimize the postgraduate training mode of collaborative research and innovation in China.
