Innovation Research For Guangxi Universities Graduates’Cultivating Model Of The University Industry Cooperation

Graduates’cultivating model of the university industry cooperation is the basic trend of higher education reform and development in our country. It also is the main direction of graduates’cultivating model reform. In this paper, taking Guangxi universities graduates’ cultivating model as the object of study, in the eyes of the stakeholder perspective to meet the needs of stakeholders’ interests. The purpose is to innovate cooperation of graduates’ cultivating mode. Based on the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research it is researched from five parts.The first part firstly tells the reason and significance why to choose this title, research situation and relevant review, basic ideas and research methods. Secondly it definite the stakeholder theory, university industry cooperation, graduates’ cultivating model and other related concepts.The second part explores the university industry cooperation of training model’s crux of the problem through the analysis of Guangxi universities graduate training present situation.The third part card the developmental experience of the United States and Japan’s graduates’ cultivating model of graduate course, sum up the basic characteristics of the developed country, and provide lessons for the Guangxi universities graduates’ cultivating model.The fourth part analyzes the graduates’cultivating model of the university industry cooperation by using the stakeholder theory, definite and classifies the stakeholders’ interest. According to the principle of interest distribute it put forward the strategy to improve the graduates’cultivating model of graduated students.The fifth part put forward further innovation for the concept of policy, funding, administration and operation mechanism etc. and provides safeguard measures of graduates’cultivating model of graduate students of stable operation and long term development.
