Study And Analysis On The Effectiveness Of The Legal Education Of College Students

Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress pointed out that, we must implement the basic strategy of managing state affairs according to law fully, accelerate the construction of a socialist country ruled by law. University students with high quality, as the successors of the socialist modernization drive in China, are charged with the conception of building a socialist country ruled by law. Therefore, reinforcing the legal education in university is the inevitable trend of history.In 80s of last century, our country have embarked on the legal education, through three decades of unremitting efforts, the legal education in university has made some progress. With the market economy's continuous deepening, the community is experiencing an unprecedented large change. University students'mind is not mature, they are easily governed by unhealthy ways and customs in society, it is difficult to establish the correct legal concept. Social conditions changing rapidly, the subject consciousness of university students increasing gradually, make the legal education more difficult, presents new challenges.This paper elaborates on the specific content of the work of students'legal education, get an idea of legal education. Through questionnaire survey, I find out the shortcomings in the legal education, focus on analyzing the main reasons of the legal education of university students harding to achieve remarkable results, it is the negative influence of traditional culture, social environment and family education. Through referring to documents and materials and the actual observation, I sum up many ways in increasing the effectiveness of legal education. I make understanding legal education accurately, legal education course content, team of teaching staff, combining with moral education, educational pattern, university environment, social environment and family environment as a starting point, in order to find a breakthrough point, to improve the quality of teaching legal education courses, optimize the atmosphere of students'learning law, protect the physical and mental health of university students, establish a correct concept of legality, improve the overall quality of their own, enhance competitiveness, strengthen the ability of social adaptation, provide a good fundamentals of law to move towards the internationality, achieve the government strategy of managing state affairs according to law on a day quite soon.
