In recent years,there have been many researches on teachers' professional development,which shows that teachers' professional development is a hot topic about teachers' problems.Under this background,many scholars have studied the ways to promote the professional development of teachers from the angles of environment,system,policy,training and so on.However,the research on the professional development of teachers still has a lot of research space,and the depth and breadth of the previous related research still need to be strengthened.Among them,it is one of the most important angles to study the professional development of teachers from the perspective of students.However,scholars often ignore the important factor of "students" in the study of teachers' professional development.Therefore,it is urgent to pay attention to how to promote teachers' professional development from the perspective of students.From the point of view of students,combined with the research activities such as investigation and qualitative interview in the course of investigation,this study finds out that most teachers and students can realize the potential and value of students in promoting the professional development of teachers.However,in reality,the role of students in promoting the professional development of teachers still needs to be strengthened.The main manifestations are as follows: first,Students are not enough to participate in the professional development of teachers;secondly,teachers lack awareness of taking students as development resources;thirdly,Insufficient guarantee and promotion of school system.There are many ways for students to promote teachers' professional development,and each one has many ways.Therefore,on the basis of the above questions,combined with the specific situation of questionnaire and interview,this study puts forward the following means and ways.Close teacher-student relationship:cultivating students undefined awareness and ability to take the initiative towards teachers,strengthening the role and orientation of teachers and students;Reforming classroom instruction:implementation of participatory teaching,cultivating learningbehavior matching teachers undefined expectations,pay attention to and study the needs of students undefined growth,teachers take the initiative to learn from students;Establishment of a safeguards system:perfecting the Scientific system of students undefined Evaluation of Teaching and Learning,set up the system of students undefined participation in teacher undefined teaching and research.Based on the above ways and means,we hope to promote the professional development of teachers from the perspective of students.
