The example education is an important part of ideological and political education, and the strength of the model is infinite. With the advanced typical characters and the advanced character's ideas to teach the teenagers, is the important method to improve the teenagers' thinking and ideological consciousness. At present, with China's expanding opening-up and the development of socialist market economy, teenagers' autonomy consciousness, the independence, selectivity, variability markedly increased, value orientation, values and behavior is multi-layered, make the traditional model education greatly weakened effect. Many teenagers feel survival environment very great pressure, and to their future destiny are heavyhearted, but lack the clear aim. Thus actively guide teenagers rectify aspiration education; clear how to use models for teenagers' aspiration education appears very important. How to establish the advanced typical characters in a new period become the important issues confronted with the education workers.This research first studies the aspiration theory and the incentive education theory, and then chose eight provinces as the sample area to hold the empirical research based the theory research. Understanding teenagers' change of the world outlook, the outlook on life, the youth of values, and the situation and the effect which they learn about the model. Analyzing the practical conditions and the existing problems of the aspiration education. Construct the model based the theory research and the empirical research. At last puts forward countermeasures and measures.The thesis is divided into five chapters:Part one elaborates the reason of this topic and the significance of this research, the current situation and shortcomings at home and abroad, and the research contents, the research achievements of academic value and application value and social influence.Part two overview the stimulation theory from the concept, elements of stimulation. And then analyze the model stimulation theory, then analyses the three major performance of aspiration education misunderstanding. Finally discusses interactive fusion between teenagers aspiration education and model incentive mechanism.Part three chose eight provinces as the sample area to hold the empirical research based the theory research. Understanding teenagers' change of the world outlook, the outlook on life, the youth of values, and the situation and the effect which they learn about the model.Analyzing the practical conditions and the existing problems of the aspiration education.Part four dwells on the difficult position of teenagers'model education under the current multicultural background, constructs the model based on the core element, and expounds the relations between model's effect, the teenagers ratification degree to model, personal teenagers' effort degree and teenagers individual aspiration, as well as analyses the movement mechanism depending on the model education for teenagers'beneficial instruction in time.Part five for high school and college, expounds the importance and necessity of the aspiration education, at last puts forward countermeasures and measures.
