Research On The Training Path Of College Students' Vocational Aspiration

Employment of college students is one of the most important livelihood projects of the party and the government.Correct vocational aspiration is an important basis for college students' employment choice and an important factor affecting college students' lifelong career pursuit.According to the survey,there are still many problems in college students,vocational aspirations,which greatly affect their employment choices.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the training path of college students' vocational aspirations.At present,there are some inconsistencies between college students' personal vocational aspirations and social needs,the development of the times and the employment situation.In view of these problems,this paper systematically discusses and analyses college students,career aspirations on the basis of literature review,interviews,questionnsaires and statistical analysis.The study considers that human capital,family capital and professional values are the three main factors affecting college students' vocational aspirations.Through logistic regression model,this paper explores the mechanism of these three main factors affecting college students' vocational aspirations,and forms the specific implementation methods of training paths.In the end,this paper holds that the cultivation path of college students' vocational aspirations is mainly embodied in three aspects:firstly,colleges and universities should strengthen the vocational education of serving the country and society in their daily education;secondly,family vocational education should cooperate with college vocational education,encourage or educate college students to conform to the requirements of the times in their vocational pursuit and conform to the development trend of the times,thirdly,college students themselves should establish a correct view of employment and realize their personal professional value in social practice.
