The Unbalance Between Administration Authority And Academic Authority In The University And The Governance Countermeasure

The administration authority and academic authority in the university appeared and evoluted following the university's development,along with the issues in the university become more and more complex and complicate,there presented unbalanced phenomenon between the two authorities. The unbalanced phenomenon between the two authorities will possibly cause the relation between the two authorities anxious, the redundant disposition of the university's resources, the low efficiency in the management, and so on.The phenomena will affect university's healthy development.
