This thesis has applied literature, interview, logical analysis, with the "post 90s" students of China Youth College for Political Sciences as interviewees; and based on the theory of "horizon of expectations", it has initiate exploratory study on students'career horizon of expectations, looking from the perspective to reveal the characteristics of the"post 90s" students."Horizon of expectations"theory by the German scholar Yaosi, generally, "expectation" theory has three implications: first, the "horizon of expectations" is not fixed, it is in the process of constantly building and changing in. Second, before reading the materials, readers existed a potential expectations of the meaning of the works, such expectations have been molded by many factors; Third, when readers explore a new work, they should possess a knowledge or understanding of the structure, i.e."Vision", such"vision"may varies.This is the theoretical and research basis of this thesis's idea; firstly composing the analysis of the formation of post 90s students'professional vision, and of the characteristics of its development. Secondly it explores the specific factors which influenced the formation of "post 90s" Students career horizon. At last according to different horizon of expectations of students, it will sum up the horizon of expectations of various types.The results show that: the "post 90s" students have three types of professional career vision: "Survival career horizon of expectations", "development-type career expectation" and "mixed-type career horizon of expectations"; the development of the "post 90s" students experienced the germination stage of junior high school, and the initial formation stage of the gradual improvement of the University; in the formation process of occupational horizon of expectations, it has two characteristics: variability and development, autonomy and rationalization. This article analyzes the vocational factors of "post 90s" students'horizon of expectations, particularly the impact of family factors are more significant.According to the survey results, the author put forwards some professional thinking on the guidance of the "post 90s" students'career expectation horizon: from the primary school stage, it is a must to strengthen the vocational education on students; to reduce the negative impact of family background on student-oriented horizon of expectations; to strengthen multi-channel implementation of vocational education.
