Except the introduction and concluding remarks the full text, the text is divided into four chapters.The introduction of this paper introduces the research background, research purpose and content, topic significance, the research present situation, the research object and methods, research ideas and technical route, research hypothesis, the main problems and the research key points and difficulties, quasi innovation place, and involved in the related concepts and their relationships expounded.Chapter1,professional development for teachers and college PE teachers education. About "teacher professional development", different scholars have different understanding of, including many and teachers’ professional development degree of correlation higher concepts; The teachers’ professional development theory also has a comparative thick foundation, but mainly involves the development of primary and secondary school teachers. According to the requirements of the development of different types of university and college PE teachers’ professional skill features, on the analysis of university teachers, education the relevant policies and regulations, university teachers’ qualification system and college PE teachers, lack of education existence basis of reason, proposed further impels the universities physical teachers education development and improvement of thinking and advice.
