The Study On The Humanistic Solicitude In The Process Of College Students' Employment

With the development of society and economy, Chinese college students' employment has changed from the traditional planned allocation model into the now "market-oriented, government regulation, college recommending, students' and employing units' two-way choice" market-oriented employment mode. Market has become the basic means of students' labor resources allocation. However, due to the student major function not playing adequately, there being shorcoming in college employment guidance and services, government employment service not reaching the designated position, employing units' concept of employment unreasonable, it requires strengthening humanistic care and helping them to develop comprehensively during the employment process, promoting their employment competence and realizing full employment. From the perspective of economics, combining western economics theory, the paper analyzes the college students' employment situation and the reasons of humanistic care. It constructs a scientific research on students' fully employment subject role, leading universities employment sublimation, perfecting government's people-oriented employment security mechanism, employing units establishing scientific standard of employing persons.It also puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions on how to strengthen the humanistic solicitude in the process of college students' employment.
