Exploration And Analysis Of The Employment Of University Students In Humanities Education Issues

The ultimate goal of employment education is to train the overall quality of university students and enhance their employability. In this paper, we analysis the connotation, characteristics, current status and the importance of Graduate Employment Education. We also elaborate the content, problems to be solved as well as the process of humanistic care that we should carry out in Graduate Employment Education. Carrying out Graduate Employment Education can increase students'knowledge, improve their abilities and employment skills. This article demonstrates the importance of humanistic care in Graduate Employment Education which is to be the requirements of the educational concept and goal. Meanwhile, we try to prove that humanistic care is essential to support Graduate Employment Education. In Employment Education, we, as educators, should carry out the humanistic care throughout the whole process of college education, and try our best to make our humanistic care perfect, expand employment opportunities for graduates, allocate human resources rationally and promote the implementation of the strategy of science and education in our country .The contents of paper are made up of four chapters: Chapter I: The analysis of employment education connotation, characteristics, current status and necessity. In this part, we prove Graduate Employment Education has the unique, timely, systematic and effectively feature. We show the current status of Graduate Employment Education and problems existing in content, forms, personnel, hardware in college education. After finding the reasons of graduates employment difficulty at present, we analysis the importance of humanistic care awareness in employment education in college. We described humanistic care awareness lack in employment education in college. And find out the reason for lack of humanistic care awareness in employment education in college. Chapter II: The relationship between humanistic care and Graduate Employment Education.
