The report of the17th Party Congress puts forward " strengthen and improve ideological and political work, pay attention to the humanistic care and psychological counseling with the correct approach to interpersonal relations." In the new era, ideological and political education in universities emphasizes that humanities concern, which is the socialism core value system in the practice of educating in the specific application as well as the development requirements of the times. As a special group, all levels of government, society, colleges and universities should give full of humane care to poor students in colleges and universities. At present, although college poverty students’ humanistic care have gained very great success, which promote the healthy growth of the students, due to the ideas exist. For example, the education method is monotonous because of the imperfect system, emphasis on physical care, and to despise the humane care on poor students in Colleges and universities, humanistic care is not optimistic.In this paper, based on the poor college students mental care perspective, the analysis of poor student’s humane care real problem are proceed, analysis about the causes of the problems of poor students in Colleges and universities are gived in the view of the society, college, family, oneself. This paper also search for the perfect humanistic approach, hoping to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of poor students in Colleges and universities, in order to promote the their comprehensive development.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part:the basic overview of poor college students humanities care. This paper mainly elaborated the meaning of humanistic care, the poor college students humanistic connotation of humanistic care, and the basic principle and significance of poor college students.The second part:analysis of poor college students humanistic realistic problem. In sufficient affirmation of poor students in colleges and universities based on the humanistic care achievements, this paper combine the investigation situation in-depth analysis of poor college students humanistic care the problems and their causes, Mainly elaborates the University Poor Student’s humane care at the social level, the college level, the family level and the level of poor students in Colleges and universities the existing problems and their causes.The third part:explore the countermeasures to strengthen university poor student’s humane care.
