Study On The Effect Of University's Informatization Level On It's Innovation Abilities

It raises the establishment of evaluation index system of university's informatization level and evaluation index system of university's innovaton abilities by general description of the status quo of university's informatization level and it's innovation abilites. So that on the basis of two evaluation index systems the theoretical and empirical research on the effect of university's informatization level on it's innovation abilities can be embarked, and thus the conclusion that there is a highly positive correlationship between university's informatization level and it's innovation abilities can be obtained.And additionally, paper proved by the regression model that in the correlationship,among the six second grade indices, the most significant factor of university's innovation abilitie is the level of informatization application.
