Teacher is key link of education development and reform of China. Teachers are also a key factor in the West China Development. Teachers'mental health is an important factor that directly affects the quality of education. Study subjective well-being can improve the quality of teaching. Happiness is an important prerequisite for the internal power of a good teacher education. It is difficult to realize the value of life without happiness for teachers.In order to understand the"well-being " level of Tibetan teachers and Han teachers in Chinese Rural primary school, author chooses Kangding County Ganzi-depth and Jiangyang Luzhou as objects. Author Stratified sampling 175 Tibetan teachers from Kangding County, 153 Han teachers from Jiangyang rural primary school teachers. Author use questionnaires and interviews to investigate and comparative analysis their well-being. According to the survey of relevant data and materials,both these income of rural primary school teachers were analyzed. The major findings are: both of their"well-being"is not optimistic, and the Tibetan teachers in Sichuan rural primary school teachers of well-being level are lower than the Han teacher's primary school teachers. The work pressure, salaries have a strong influence on"well-being ".it should cause our attention.The study is divided into four parts. The first part is about research origin and research purpose. The Second part is the"well-being"status of Tibetan and Han teachers in Chinese primary school in rural areas. The third is the influence factor of"well-being"status of Tibetan and Han teachers. The Fourth is the means to strengthen Tibetan and Han teachers in Chinese Rural primary school. Such as recommend the establishment of national subsidies to ensure the income of teachers, and protect teacher's legitimate income to strengthen law enforcement in improving the income of rural primary school teachers reasonable share of urban and rural incomes is needed. And we should improve school management and teacher evaluation system to improve the teacher's pleasure on work.
