In the document of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),which was reviewed and approved by the State Council in 2010,itclearlystated “To focus on the rural primary school teachers,to innovate and improve the rural primary school teacher recruitment mechanism,differentiate and The policy system will,strengthen the coordination of the various parts of the rural primary school teachers and attract a large number of outstanding basic teachers to the rural areas." At present,the supplementary work of teachers in rural primary schools in Guangxi has become scarce,and the supplementary problems have become more complicated and unpredictable under the new educational policy situation.Therefore,how to improve the supplementary work of rural primary school teachers in Guangxi needs to be discussed and resolved.Through the summary of the literature review supplemented by rural primary school teachers in Guangxi and the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the supplement of the township primary school teachers in the representative county of Guangxi,Guangxi rural primary school teachers still have some outstanding problems in the process of supplementing,although the country In recent years,local governments have introduced a number of policies such as targeted training,public teachers,normal students,and special post programs.However,there are still a s mall number of rural primary school teachers in Guangxi,a small number of disciplines and gender structures,aging teachers,and supplementary channels.There is a lack of such problems as a thin,high-educated,high-level teacher.In summary,the root cause is still in the teacher.High-quality teachers' classes are closely related to high-quality education and teaching,and the level of teachers determines the level of education and teaching.Therefore,in order to greatly improve the quality of primary education in rural areas of Guangxi and improve the overall strength of the rural basic faculty,it is necessary to strengthen the supplement teachers.This study is guided by the theories of educational equity,educational resource level flow,and educational policy value judgment.It uses survey research method,literature analysis method and inductive research method to analyze the supplementary problems of rural primary school teachers in Guangxi.the study.This paper takes two primary schools in Chengguan Town,Y County,Guangxi,and two primary schools in H Township as samples,and conducts a detailed investigation of the teacher recruitment channels and the overall status of the rural primary schools and the overall situation of new teachers through field surveys.Inductive analysis of thespecific problems and causes and influencing factors in the process of supplementation,trying to provide some path countermeasures for the problem solving of rural primary school teachers in.This paper is divided into five chapters.The introduction chapter mainly includes research reasons,literature review,research ideas and content framework,research innovations and deficiencies,research significance and purpose,definition of core concepts,etc.,in order to systematically summarize statements,aiming at Summarize the results of previous research and try to provide feasibility for this study.The second chapter of the thesis focuses on the development of the theoretical foundation and the framework description,including:the theory of education equity,the hierarchical flow of educational resources,and the judgment of the value of educational policy,which integrates the theory with the problems,causes and countermeasures of this paper.Throughout the text,it provides a strong theoretical orientation and value support for this research.In the third chapter,a survey was conducted with the representative county of“Y” County in Guangxi as a sample.The rural primary schools in the county of Y County were inspected on the spot,and a total of four representative rural primary schools in Chengguan Town and H Township were selected as samples.In recent years,the overall situation of rural primary school teachers in Guangxi has been summed up,and the problems have been summarized,and effective analysis and commonality have been carried out to obtain the influencing factors and causes.“A glimpse of the whole picture”,in order to provide strong content support and practical experience for the district government and relevant county departments to alleviate the current situation of rural primary school teachers.The fourth chapter provides a problem-cause-analysis-results.
