The training of personnel depends on education and the key of education lies on teachers. Therefore, teachers'educational training is of great priority. Undergraduate institutions in western areas bear the responsibility as an important base for training, transporting high-quality teachers for the western region. However, the current faculty in the western rural areas exist shortage of teachers both in number and in structure. Teacher allocation is unbalanced; the teachers curriculum vitae has in a low academic level, and the overall-quality is not high; teachers are aging while the new teachers are lack; the drainage of teachers from western regions is so serious that the faculty is unstable; the lack of training teachers leads to the lag of educational philosophy and other issues, which constrains the development of education in western rural areas seriously. The local colleges'in western areas themselves have many problems in the training of teachers education, as follows: lack of teaching motif foster awareness and lack of motivation, features of training mode and curriculum installation is so unreasonable that it is difficult to meet the actual needs of rural education in the west. The professional education can not effectively promote the development of rural education in the west. The support system in the teacher education is imperfect and does not play the positive role in the post-secondary education, leading to come part between pre-vocational and post- secondary education, making the post- secondary education difficult to promote the professional development of teachers. These problems of undergraduate universities in the western parts, which seriously constrain the development of its own are difficult to elaborate its advantages for training high-quality teachers of west. To carry out the training mode of teacher education feeing the western rural areas is to achieve the university-based teacher education through the pre-vocational educational model of local undergraduate universities under the leading of needs of western rural areas and the post-secondary educational model under the leading of practical training project curriculum. The pre-vocational education is integrated with the post-secondary education in order that the local undergraduate intuitions better play the important role in the teacher education, making going their own contribution of training a high-quality faculty of going and keeping in the western rural areas.
