Developing rural compulsory education actively,helping rural children grow up,preventing intergenerational transmission of poverty is a basic and strategic matter related to social development.To develop rural education,the key lies in building a reasonable structure,high quality teacher team which rooted in rural areas.Under the high attention of the party,the government has introduced a series supportive policies in constructing the scale of rural teachers,improving the level of treatment and continuing education so that the appearance of the rural teachers has changed greatly and the teaching quality has been improved significantly.Although Lin'an has increased subsidies for rural compulsory education teachers and construction efforts,achieved remarkable growth.Due to the imbalance of urban and rural policy,geographical conditions of traffic inconvenience,school running conditions and other factors,the rural teachers are still showing unreasonable internal structure,weak external attraction,unsmooth supplementary channel,lack of quality resources allocation and low overall quality which restricting the sustainable and healthy development of rural education.By investigating the present situation of rural compulsory education in Lin'an and making a statistical description,we find some problems in the construction of rural compulsory education teachers:(1)female teachers comprise most of compulsory education teachers,so the gender structure is unreasonable;(2)education level is concentrated in college and undergraduate;(3)The age of teachers is high and the aging phenomenon is serious;(4)Senior teacher ratio is low and the title structure imbalance;(5)pay much attention to the basic education and ignore the psychological practice courses such as physical,art and psychological practice course;(6)continuing education training frequency is insufficient and quality is not high.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions:(1)do a good job in curriculum reform;(2)do a good job in reallocation of educational resources;(3)promote the orderly flow of teacher resources;(4)improve teachers' employment mechanism;(5)promote teacher professional development;(6)implement of targeted training;(7)strengthen the construction of virtue.
