Teachers'learning is an individual , inside, active process, so very significant to improve the teachers'autonomy.In recent years ,the study on self-regulated learning is improved at home and broad ,but the researchers focused more on how to improve and foster students'autonomy , and less preferred to teachers'learner autonomy. The author didn't find out special studies of Chinese teachers'self-regulated learning, so it's very valuable and significant to do a research about the Chinese teachers'self-regulated learning .This study established the study structure of Chinese teachers'self-regulated learning according to the theory of teachers'learning and self-regulated learning, and then investigated Chinese teachers'self-regulated learning from seven aspects: learning motive , learning content , learning time ,learning method , learning process ,learning result and learning setting, at the same time , the writing made"Chinese teachers'learning autonomy scale", 193 Lin Fen teachers were investigated, 15chinese teachers were interviewed. After that date from investigation and interview was analyzed by SPSS 17.0. The author showed a clear picture of the Shan Xi Chinese teachers'recent situation , the embodiment of the Chinese teachers'learning autonomy has been brought to light , at last the writer discussed inside and outside factors which affects autonomy and provided some suggestions on how to improve Chinese autonomy .The survey result showed that the situation of the Shan Xi Chinese learning autonomy is very good,but must further enhance. The Chinese teachers are strong in the academic motivation and the study method, but they are not enough to choose and monitor in the learning process, the study time,learning environment's choice,particularly they lack the independency in the study content's choice and the learning result's evaluation. It is very different to Chinese teachers in their different ages,different school record and different teacher stage's by the different background factor of different Chinese teachers'self-regulated learning.The author mainly discussed inside and outside factors which affected Chinese teachers'learner autonomy according to the current investigation. Inside factor includes three aspects : self—efficacy , aimed—setting , learning strategies . outside factors includes five aspects: supporting of school policy , learning atmosphere , learning recourses, evaluation machinery and teachers'training. Finally some following suggestions were provided according to the writer's study : 1) improving the Chinese teachers'self---efficacy , enforcing learning motive ; 2)stressing on learning strategy cognation developing self---regulated learning ability;3)enforcing teachers'training , meeting Chinese teachers'self—regulated learning needs ; 4) creating the Chinese teachers'learning autonomy setting.
