Teachers known reputation "engineers of human souls" and, in their hard work, the education of the country and the nation to flourish, health echelon formation. With the growing popularity of quality education, and physically integrated talent gradually been increasing attention since the establishment of New China, the rapid development of education, aesthetic education in education is also growing proportion of the Ministry of Education attaches great importance to development of aesthetic education. Related courses offered by the school is continuing to improve on their quality aesthetic educators have become increasingly demanding, and as an important participant in this part-music teacher professional and ethical standards have gradually been more ar more attention.Music teachers not only foster the people feel the beauty, appreciate beauty, capacity and create the beauty of the performance, but while implementing Music Aesthetic Education also subtly train the students better sentiment and sound personality, human society musical cultural heritage and development has been an integral part of the team. Most music teachers in primary and secondary schools are able to develop aesthetic education for shaping the overall development of students, schools and cultural environment for the construction and other aspects of making a great contribution.However, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the door opened into a variety of negative values, making some music teachers forget to pursue their career and ife values, there has been a variety of phenomena in the absence of professional ethics.This article features music by the music teacher curriculum expanded to its own characteristics, and then from different angles to illustrate the importance of professional ethics music teachers, music teachers for primary and secondary current phenomenon of missing ethics through from the outside environment and music teacher both their own morality, literature, case law, comparative law research methods, and through a combination of theoretical and practical concept, primary and secondary school music teacher to find out the moral failure of the crack of the Road, to provide some effective operational Solutions to strengthen the music teacher’s professional ethics.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter One:Introduction.
