Research On Entrepreneurship Education In China University

With the development of the global economic integration and China's socialism market-oriented economy system, the traditional employment education has met a severe challenge. Especially after the higher education has been gradually heading for a popularized stage in our country, a large potion of university graduates can hardly find feat jobs, which has been a very prominent problem in our higher education. The experience of the education in developed countries tells us that it needs to develop entrepreneurship education and play emphasis on the entrepreneurial talents to solve the employment problem. Then the government and the community realize the more and more important role the entrepreneurship education has played in fostering the high-quality talents, relieving the employment pressure, promoting the economic development. For competition is the principal characteristic of market economy, it demands a large number of initiating individuals and groups to make an initiating and competitive Chinese nation. Therefore the duty of higher education was no longer simple to negatively fill the demands of the personnel market, but to act more positively and actively to adapt to the changes in the macroeconomic situation in China and foster the talents who have the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurial skill, the graduates will create and no longer only to find the jobs, which is the demand of time and inevitable trend of social development.This paper starts from the basic theory of entrepreneurship education, analyzes the main problem on the basis of the brief review and summary of the development of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities, and studies deeply on the development, characteristics of American university entrepreneurship education and its enlightenment for ours, using methods such as documentary, comparison and induction. Countermeasures of entrepreneurship education in are put forward finally to promote the development of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities. Bearing this thought, this paper consists of five parts:Chapter one discusses the background and the meaning of carrying out entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities, meanwhile, reviews the research on entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, and describes the methods used during the research process.Chapter two discusses the theory of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities, analyzes the two concepts of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education in theory circles home and abroad, discusses the relationship between entrepreneurship education and creative education,professional education,employment education, and brings forward the meaning and the main content of universities'entrepreneurship education.Chapter three reviews the procedure of the development of entrepreneurship education in China. Summarizing the patterns and characteristics of entrepreneurship education we have explored in the past ten years, and then describing the main existing problems of entrepreneurship education.Chapter four summarizes the successful experience of entrepreneurship education through the development of entrepreneurship education in American universities, which offers reference and enlightenment for us.Chapter five explicates the principles of carrying out the entrepreneurship education, and discusses the countermeasures to carry out the entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities from the following aspects:establishing the philosophy of entrepreneurship education, reforming the teaching of entrepreneurship education, establishing the security system of entrepreneurship education, strengthening the construction of teaching staff of entrepreneurship education, etc.
