The development of professional teachers is the core competency of the school development, in promoting the professional development of teachers, government, schools and teachers are playing the irreplaceable role in various ways, but the professional competence of teachers mainly formats in the teaching positions gradually by practicing, schools, where teachers are working, is the main environment for professional teachers' developments, school is not only a place for students, but also a base for professional development of teachers, schools should help students and teachers with access to the functions of sustainable development.Professional development is the process which teachers are continuously enriched with experience in practice, refining experience of avoiding weaknesses with the extraction process. Professional development of teachers has rich contents with many different means, Zhengzhou No. 47 Middle School paid great effort on the professional development of teachers in recent years, with the subject of capacity-building requirements made by Zhengzhou Bureau of Education, schools enhance the capacity building of teachers and improve student academic capacity-building for the entry point for the subject, detailed interpretation of new curriculum standards, integration of teaching as the focus, conduct disciplinary capacity-building to enhance teachers instructional design, teaching practice and teaching evaluation capacity, promote the efficient implementation of the classroom and opened up the professional development of teachers effective way to accelerate the professional development of teachers, achieved significant results。This research is based on the teachers professional development experiences in Zhengzhou No.47 Middle School, we put forward the functions of the school professional development of teachers to administrative intervention, teacher development-oriented, full participation, school-based training of basic principles and to nurture the new curriculum reform ideas, the knowledge of the formation of multilayer structure, ability to develop new work, an effective way to foster educational wisdom. All of my research will be able to help to push forward the development of middle school teacher professional development in China.
