The independent development of physics teachers who adapt to the new curriculumreform of their own independent study and research to professional development, hascourses awareness, curriculum resources and development capabilities, independentstudy and explore the ability of new teachers to be guiders of promoting student growth.The background of the new curriculum requires teachers should have to choose theability of self-reflection self-construction and sustainable development.Therefore, this study reveals the concept of the new curriculum, factors of affectingthe physics teacher self-development and the capacity to promote the culture of teacherself-development. This thesis adopts to the methods of document analysis and survey.First, according to the situation of teachers in actual teaching career and personalresearch interests, I broadly identified in research physics teacher self-developmentcapacity. According to the general direction of access to information around the topicof this paper, I sort out and analyze this generation problem, the theory ofconstructivism, lifelong education theory, humanistic theory, research-based, and moresystematic research on teacher self-development. second, based on the survey ofsecondary school physics teacher, I get the statistical data overall self-developmentcapacity overall situation from physics teacher and some specific issues, such as theimportance of the school teachers for self-development is not enough, the developmentof consciousness of the teachers themselves is weak, and teachers’ ProfessionalDevelopment pathway can’t be met. Combination of theoretical analysis andquestionnaire surveys conclusions from the two aspects of external policy and internalpolicy I put forward the proposals of the development of self-development capacity ofthe physics teacher.The core content of the paper analyzes capacity for independent development ofphysics teachers from the specific object of study in the theoretical analysis to discussesthe influencing factors of physics teachers in self-development capacity and improvethe strategy, both in theory and in practice the field of research results further enrichedand the theory of teacher and the field of theoretical study of teacher education inpractice get developed and Expanded.
