Teacher is the professional person who performs the duties of teaching and also imparts knowledge and educates people. As the same time, teacher has the duties of fostering socialistic builders and successors. Be the teacher, it is special that teaches others directly. Every word and action of teachers has great importance on the students'improvement. Education is the base of the country, and the development of Education influences the national development. However, the key of education lies in the teacher. Through process of reading and study of individual outstanding teacher professional development, record key events from the development process of teacher, it can be analysed summarized and that factors in all directions which influence the development of teacher. It not only can promote individual teacher professional development, also promote teacher professionalization. This paper adopts the method of narrative research. An excellent math teacher who works in a middle school of Fu Xin city in Liao Ning Province is recruited in this study. Through interviewing, classroom observation, product analysis method to collect the data.This research is divided into three parts. In the first part, introduces the reason and background of this research, clear up and analyse the related research achievements of domestic and international teachers' professional development. Based on this, puts forward the research purpose and meaning. After defining the related concepts, describes the study process in detail. In the second part, according to collected information, from its individual teaching experience, the stories of research objects and her students and evaluation of others to describes the professional development of research object. In the third part, it is the analysis of professional development of research object. In this part, it is stated the analysis of individual educational theory, induction of features and development way and enlightenment.
