The knowledge economy has highlighted the important role of knowledge. Knowledge transfer has increasingly become the focus of the field of management. The process of knowledge transfer is not just a simple flow and transmission of knowledge, the more important is the absorption, integration, and reconstruction of the receiver. Only when the transferred knowledge is preserved, is the effective knowledge transfer. All knowledge transfer in the state, what most attracts attention is the universities carry on a typical cross-field knowledge transfer. It is the process that knowledge from the universities in the scientific field flow to the enterprise in the economical field.The knowledge which universities created, transferring to the society to complete the knowledge flowing, application and realization of its market value, is actually the problem of knowledge transfer in universities. From the three separate aspects:the knowledge sender, the knowledge flowing link, the knowledge absorption side, we can clearly understand the process of the marketization of universities' scientific and technological achievement.As the knowledge owner and sender, universities turn new knowledge applied to teaching and social services through scientific research. At the same time strengthen the internal scientific research management, take the market demand as the guide, strengthen market awareness, make use of the advantages of the university libraries, trying to make their scientific and technological achievements transferred to market through a variety of ways. These achievements use for the society, and promote universities obtain competitive advantages and development, promote the development of economic, thereby promoting the national and social progress. In the knowledge flows, strengthen patent licensing, technical transfer and technical advisory, the use of science and technology park. At the same time strengthen the cooperation and exchange and technical personnel's flowing, to create a better social environment atmosphere. As the recipient of knowledge, enterprises and market must actively take a series steps to absorb the scientific and technological achievements, even to innovative new ones. They have to improve the technological innovation mechanism and strengthen their own learning, increasing the technology market construction, establishing the public network information service system, building the cooperation and innovation mechanism sharing the risks and benefits. What we do is to achieve the greatest value of the scientific and technological achievements.
