"Technology-led,innovation-driven" has become the main theme of the development of today's world.Colleges and universities,as an important subject in the national science and technology innovation system,have trained a large number of high-quality talents and achieved a large number of scientific and technological achievements,providing innovation-driven transformation of the national economic development.Important support,but there are many problems in the transformation of key scientific and technological achievements driven by innovation.There is a huge contrast between the volume of scientific research and the output of achievements in the practice of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in my country.However,the rich scientific and technological innovation resources are difficult to turn into actual productivity.The low efficiency of achievement transformation restricts the transformation of an innovation-driven society.Therefore,it is imperative to increase the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements and improve my country's technological competitiveness.The essence of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is to transform the knowledge produced into actual productive forces,and the transformation of the knowledge production model is bound to affect the practice of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.Therefore,this study takes knowledge production mode 3 as a theoretical perspective and takes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities in Guangdong Province as a case to view the existing problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities in Guangdong Province from the perspective of knowledge production,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.First of all,the theoretical research on knowledge production mode 3 is carried out through the summary of literature materials,including the historical evolution of knowledge production mode and the characteristics of knowledge production mode 3.This part serves as a theoretical support for this study and provides an analytical framework for this study;second,Through the existing literature and data and field research,the current status of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities in Guangdong Province is analyzed.Based on the analysis framework of knowledge production mode 3,we explore the practice status of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities in Guangdong Province,and find out the current shortcomings and problems.Through the sorting of the data,it is found that there are three major problems in the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities in Guangdong Province: the materialized idea of transformation of achievements,the closed cooperation mechanism of transformation of achievements,and the management mechanism of a single achievement transformation,and on the basis of in-depth analysis Identify the three reasons for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province: the top-down transformation model,the dual identity of scientific researchers and the current knowledge production model are still in the transition period;finally,combined with the knowledge production model 3 analysis framework,the Guangdong Province The current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities has to improve countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the above theory and analysis of the current situation,this part puts forward three suggestions for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities in Guangdong Province: Innovating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promoting the public interest in the transformation of achievements;building a network cluster of transformation of scientific and technological achievements to promote the integration of scientific and technological achievements Transfer and transformation platform construction;innovative management mechanism to build channels for public participation.
