Action technique transition, which is a common thing in PE study, means the influence of one action technique study on another. The positive and negative transition in action technique study has a direct influence on its acquisition. On the basis of main theory of"the common elements"of Thorndike, E.L.,"Relation theory"of W. Kohler, and"Trace effect theory"of Adias, my thesis is about research on how original technique actions influence on new technique action study by using many research methods, for example, consulting materials, interviewing experts, teaching experiments and statistics. For example, how Forehand attack, Push the ball backhand, Left push right attack influence on Forehand, Backhand shot, Consecutive shots. Anthropotomy. Choosing PE students and non-PE-majors in Ningxia Teachers'University as the experiment group (group one) and subject group (group two) respectively, my research, which includes 36-hour class of table tennis training and tennis teaching for experiment group and tennis teaching for subject group, shows that the original technique action (table tennis technique) has the negative influence on new technique action (tennis technique), vise verse. But, this negative influence will diminishes or even disappears when time prolongs and intensity grows. So we need to take advantage of this founding to be reference to help school arrange teaching schedules and the trainer write reasonable teaching plans, adjust teaching process, improve teaching methods and choose additional exercises. My thesis draw the conclusion as the following,1. Good table tennis skill has negative influence in process of learning tennis. It is found in the experiment that the influence percentage of table tennis technique on that of tennis in preliminary period is less that one percent, while the negative percentage is 13.23%. But this negative transition influence will be overcome gradually when training goes on and intensity grows. Not only it disappears in the end of experiment, but also comes along with 1.89% of positive transition.2. Non-PE majors get higher marks than PE majors in tennis test in preliminary period, although they have no training experiences and are in comparatively lower physical situation. The experiment group was under disturb of tennis technique which shows less than 5 percent in the beginning, which proves that the original table tennis technique has negative influence in the beginning. But it disappears in the end and the mark improves a lot.3. New tennis techniques have negative transition influence on original table tennis techniques in the beginning, and the percentage is 5.72%. The obvious level of being disturbed is less than 5 percent. The disturbance diminishes and even disappears along with the training. And there is 2.83% of positive transition in the end.4. The experiment proves that the original technique action (table tennis) and the new technique action (tennis) influence each other at beginning. But after this mutual interference disappears in the latter period of study when training time prolongs, there is positive transition.
