| In the stage of Chinese basic education, examination-oriented education system plays an indelible role and dies hard. Disparity of educational resources is closely related to gains and losses of Entrance Examination. Progress of Curriculum Reform in Elementary Education is bound by system of enrolment for senior high school which has become an impenetrable barrier to reform. Then uneven distribution of educational resources is intensified, which leads to the emergence of inequality of educational opportunity. Therefore, the senior high school enrolment system was reformed inevitably. This paper reviews the reform process of senior high school enrolment system which started after the Reform and Open Policy had been implemented and considers every reformation on the system is linked with the development of economy, society and culture. With the further progress of society, new arising contradictions prompt the system to change again. On the state policy, new reformation for accomplishment of One Change and Three Breakthroughs started in 2004. The practice, each subject score of matriculation exam is simply added to be the only standard, should be changed. Have breakthroughs in Achievement-Test of the Graduates of Junior Middle School, comprehensive evaluation and the enrolment of senior high school. Achievement-Test and Enrolment System adapted to new curriculum is to be established. To make a general survey of enrolment system reform, each region made beneficial attempts in aspects of administration authority, enrolment reason and admission. From the angle of expansion of school autonomy, there exist roughly three ways to adapt different regions. Shaoxing government makes a reformation based on the experience and actual situation, and gradually realizes the goal. After the analysis of reform in Shaoxing and other regions'status, this paper takes example by other countries and puts forward an ideal model of reformation on entrance exam to senior high schools in Shaoxing.
