Study On Training Ways And Lacking Roots Of Contemporary College Students Humanism

In order to rear the university students' humane spirit, we must make sure the intensionof humane spirit and university students' humane spirit. It's the necessary of universitystudents' all-round way development,modern education development and social continuedevelopment to rear university student's humane spirit. In general university students' humanespirit are still high at present. But they can't be ignored that there are existing some problemsin development of some students in humane spirit, such as the unbalance in the structure ofcultural knowledge, the deviation of the value orientation, defects in psychological qualityand so on. There are various reasons causing these problems existing in university students'humane spirit. The misunderstanding of technology and humanism, the malpractice ofexamination education, the unreasonable content and simplistic methods of humane educationand the uneffectiveness of market-oriented economy. On the basis, I have put forward thecountermeasures of improving university students' humane spirit. Firstly, the modemeducation concept should be established; Secondly, reforming teaching practice to promotethe unite of technology and humanism; Thirdly, strengthen the core of humane education, thatis the value education for the university students; Fourthly, the cultural environment of thecampus should be optimized.
