Purpose:To explore the pathogenic factors of diabetic vascular complications,and provide theoretical basis and help for the clinical treatment of diabetic large vascular lesions.Materials and methods: From March2014-2015 year in March admitted to the Department of endocrinology in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,210 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which meet the standard for macrovascular disease in 70 cases for diabetic macroangiopathy group,another 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Collect the clinical data of patients in general(age,gender,disease course and laboratory index).Comparative analysis of diabetic macroangiopathy patients with simple type 2 diabetic patients in age,diabetic duration,glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),weight refers to the difference in number(BMI),waist circumference(WC)and uric acid(UA),in order to explore the predisposing factors of diabetic macroangiopathy.The results were analyzed with statistical software SPSS 17,group number of cases than established by WPS 2016 histogram.Results:1,Diabetic macroangiopathy patients group mean glycated hemoglobin values for(9.12±1.85)mmol/l,simple diabetes group average(8.50±1.76)mmol/l,macrovascular disease group was higher than that in T2 DM group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2,Diabetic macroangiopathy patients group average TC(5.42±1.54)mmol/l,type2 diabetes group is(4.98±0.94)mmol/l,macrovascular disease group was higher than that of type 2diabetic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Vascular lesions in patients with LDL-C average(3.37±1.09)mmol/l,type 2 diabetes group is(3.05±0.72)mmol/l,macrovascular disease group was higher than that of type 2 diabetic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Macroangiopathy group average HDL-C(1.08±0.25) mmol/l,type 2 diabetes group is(1.17±0.25)mmol/l,macrovascular disease group was lower than that of type 2 diabetes mellitus group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Macroangiopathy group average TG(2.05±0.89)mmol/l,type 2 diabetes group is(1.75±0.76)mmol/l, macrovascular disease group was higher than that of type 2 diabetic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3,Diabetic macrovascular disease group serum uric acid average(338.20±89.63) μmol/l,for the simple diabetes group(309.30±74.54)μmol/l,lesions were higher than those in T2 DM group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4,Diabetic macroangiopathy patients average BMI(26.01±3.87)kg/m2,for the simple diabetes group(24.43±2.98) kg/m2,macrovascular disease group was higher than that in T2 DM group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);macroangiopathy group average WC(90.91±10.41)cm,T2 DMgroup was(87.03±8.50)cm,macrovascular disease group was higher than that in T2 DM group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5,Diabetic macroangiopathy patients average age is(60.89±9.71),diabetes mellitus group average age is(57.37±10.32)years old, macrovascular disease group was higher than that in T2 DM group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);diabetic macrovascular disease in groups of patients with duration average(10.30±3.59),diabetes mellitus group(8.94±3.56)years,lesions were higher than those in T2 DM group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1,Diabetic macrovascular disease and high blood sugar,high cholesterol,high uric acid,obesity and age related factors.2,With the increase of blood glucose,LDL-C,TC,TG,blood uric acid,the growth of the age,duration of diabetic macrovascular disease severity.3,High blood sugar,high cholesterol,high uric acid,obesity belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine phlegm,heat and toxin category,so the Chinese medicine with Yiqi Yangyin and Jieduhuayu method can treat diabetic macroangiopathy.
