In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the progress of the society and the increasing of people’s living standard, the cultural creative industry is booming. Along with the adjustment of policy for countries’ cultural creative industries, our country is in a wave of development of cultural creative industry.Through digging deeper to the existing cultural resources, speeding up regional economic structure adjustment, gradually reposition the city’s development, the different regions, according to local resources characteristic, different scope of cities make their own development plans, and with the gradual implementation of plans, as well as forming some successful and typical development models, expanding the market scale of the cultural creative industry, building a variety of cultural and creative industry park with different feasures, constantly promoting industry cluster development trend,so that the development of the industry have more direction to choose. With the development of industrialization of cultural originality of this situation, more rich and colorful cultural creative resources,such as original design, the visual arts, performing arts and so on, have become new tourism elements, these resources also attracted the line of sight of people, becoming the choice of common’s tourism and leisure. At the same time, with the increasing leading role of regional economy caused by industrial convergence,regional economic development pay more and more attention to the integrative development of cultural creativity industry and tourism industry, taking full advantage of this kind of interactive integration effect, finding new sources of the development of regional economy growth, showing more local development advantages, so that they can realize industry quality’s overall improving,as well as the taking-off of local economy. At present, although the cultural creative industry and tourism industry are gradually integrating and obtaining a further development, along with the changing of the times, tourism consumers’ demands are also changing, there is still necessary to make a further exploring of the integration of cultural creative industry and tourism industry, enriching the theoretical research of the industrial convergence for the two major industry, promoting the development of two major industrial convergence.My article is based on the theories of industrial convergence, combine with creative ideas. Starting with the concept definition of cultural creative industry and tourism industry, analyze the reasons which promoted two industrial convergence, point out the fusion source power,traction agent and boost motivation of integrative development, then, study the value-forming process of the two major industries’ interactive fusion in the perspective of industrial value chain, discuss the fusion mechanism of the two major industries,namely, the vertical and horizontal extension of industry value chain, find out the key process of value creating. Then from the perspective of considering the development thoughts of key point to development, study the path to realize two industry convergence development,combine with empirical analysis of successful case from all kinds of ways, At last, from the four levels of government, enterprise, market environment and consumer, put forward strategies to promote the development of two major industrial convergence. Finally, summarize the research of my article, point out the shortcomings of my research, then, look forward to the future research direction.
