As the growing of Chinese international education industry, the domesticintermediate learners have significantly increased, the corresponding demandfor intermediate Chinese textbooks also increasing. The current intermediateChinese textbooks, of which especially the comprehensive teaching materialscan not satisfy the market demand. Currently, there are17kinds ofcomprehensive primary materials on the market, only12of the intermediate.Relatively, the intermediate Chinese comprehensive materials is not muchenough, which have high praise are even less, DevelopingChinese· Intermediate comprehensive and bridge· Practical ChineseIntermediate Course are quite mature Intermediate Comprehensive Chinesetextbooks, which after revising, the new editions has been published in2012.This paper takes develop Chinese· Intermediate and bridge· PracticalChinese Intermediate Course as the research object. The first part gives anoverview of the research status and makes explains about some keyconceptions of the comprehensive Chinese and the Intermediate Chineselevels; The second part mainly discuss the writing theory and basic principlesof Chinese materials. The third part gives a comprehensive comparison aboutthe two sets textbooks from the following six aspects, which include writing,writing style, texts, vocabulary, grammar, exercises&think. The fourth partmakes a compare from the cultural, communicative ability, and the interesting.Finally, some suggestions are come up according to the analysis result.Thesis adopt the statistics, dates analysis, theory and teaching materialsanalysis, through comparing and analyzing about two sets revisionIntermediate Chinese Course, which the characteristics and developmenttendency about the new intermediate comprehensive foreign languageteaching are raised, at the same time, some writing suggestions is given to thetextbook according to the need of combine the theory and practice.
