The Problems And Countermeasures Of Citizen Network Participation

At present, Chinese netizens accounted for first in the world. As a new media of theInternet, newspaper, radio, effect than TV. The development of the network, change theboundaries of time and space information, provides a new way of idea and operation forcitizen participation, the Internet has become the effective way for Chinese citizens toparticipate in the management of public affairs. Citizen participation reflects citizen’s concernfor the public interest, is the citizen virtue. But some characteristics of network to promote thecitizen to participate in the development and at the same time, it also brings some negativeeffects, so the analysis of network of citizen participation in the existing problems andcountermeasures is very important.This paper defines the basic concept of citizenparticipation, discusses the related theory of citizen network participation; positive impact oncitizen participation in the network are analyzed; through participation in the existingproblems on psychological citizens in the network interpersonal relationship in the analysis ofcitizen network; put forward the corresponding countermeasures in public network.
