Culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language is an important part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the primary stage of culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language for Chinese learners better grasp the Chinese laid a solid foundation. In the early stages of cultural teaching Chinese as a foreign language and culture project is basically sporadic exists in the form of "factors" in language knowledge. These "cultural factors" for the Chinese learners can correct understanding and use of words, words, sentences, language provides the security, so in the primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language, we should pay attention to teaching of cultural projects. This paper uses Wei Chunmu, Bian JueFei cultural project "114" classification method to count in the development of Chinese, primary comprehensive (I, II) and "boya Chinese·start"(I, II) in all cultural project, combined with the actual situation of culture teaching. Suggestions about the project arrangement in the primary stage of teaching material culture.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter:the cultural teaching in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The article discusses the relationship between language and culture step by step, the relationship between language teaching and culture teaching, the relationship between cultural factors and cultural project teaching. Constructed a bottom-up system theoretically, for the following three chapters mainly discusses the theoretical basis.The second chapter:the primary Chinese as a foreign language teaching material cultural project arrangement. Article adopts Wei Chunmu, Bian JueFei "114" cultural project classification method for the development of Chinese, primary comprehensive (I, II) and "boya Chinese·start"(I,Ⅱ) for data collection, the author also compared the number of self-built database data, the proportion of comparison, so that the cultural projects in primary teaching Chinese as a foreign language writing referential Suggestions are put forward.The third chapter:primary Chinese as a foreign language teaching materials of cultural projects. The author worked as an intern in YangZhou university’s school of overseas education is focused on the present situation of the project teaching discusses the primary stage of culture, strategy and effect, and the problems existing in the culture project teaching puts forward three Suggestions, improve teachers’cultural consciousness, pay attention to nonverbal behavior and appropriate to carry out extracurricular activities.The fourth chapter:the primary teaching material cultural project scheduling research and compiling textbooks. In the primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language and cultural projects in this chapter, on the basis of research data and practical teaching, draw on the primary stage teaching materials in culture project proposal, arranged for domestic primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language render culture project scheduling research contribution.Based on the current domestic:two sets of primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language teaching material more common as the research object, with Wei Chunmu, Bian JueFei "114" cultural project classification as a research method, combining with the concrete practice of the teaching language teaching cultural project, in view of the current in the primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language textbooks cultural project scheduling problems, put forward innovative Suggestions, thus culture project for the primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language classroom teaching and textbook layout for reference.
