This paper mainly takes the means of comparative analysis by which fosteringprogram of six colleges (fostering objects, curriculum structure, curriculum contentsand so on)in Liaoning and Heilongjiang to point out respective characteristics andproblems in the process of development. Besides, this paper offers some proposalswith the help of “International Chinese Teacher Standard” and demandcharacteristics of the current society for TCFL major so as to make studentsunderstand their own responsibility and enhance the lofty sense of mission toundertake and propagate Chinese traditional culture. It suggests combining theoryand practice and valuing knowledge and skills at the same time. It also suggests thatstudents should enhance the education of Chinese traditional culture in the classteaching and the fostering of intercultural teaching ability. Specifically:The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of thestudy, the theoretical basis of research methods, research, literature review.The second chapter is the six universities foreign language training objectiveswere analyzed by comparing the summed six universities training objectives can bedivided into three categories:1, focusing on Chinese language, foreign languageskills training;2, emphasis on international awareness and modern consciousnessconcept;3, advocated cultivating talent;The third chapter to chapter is comparing college classes and credits six foreignlanguage curriculum analysis, summed up six universities foreign languageprofessional major categories of courses and credits in the course of distributionratio. And the six universities training objectives and specific curriculum combinesanalysis of common problems found six universities of professional foreign languagecurriculum development.Chapter V proposes six concrete measures to improve foreign languageuniversities professional development, mainly from six colleges and universities toimprove foreign language education professional training program, teachingplatform, adjust the curriculum, rich culture model, innovative teaching methods, improve teaching evaluation system six aspects. And as simple to design a suit ofblack, university training program Liaoning Provinces foreign language professionaldevelopment.Conclusion of the full text of the summary, and pointed out the innovation ofthis paper and shortcomings.
