In the development of the education system,the art education in Chinese normal universities has been changing constantly,forming a unique education model of its own.As a visiting student,I studied at the National Taiwan Normal University(NTNU)for a semester,during which I got to know the educational model of the NTNU.This paper mainly draws lessons form the academic articles of Juhan Gao,and discusses some of them in the form of prose style.It expresses what I saw and felt during my visit to Taiwan with vivid words.As Liu Xie's literary theory “the Literary Mind and the Carving of Dragons”and Guo Xi's painting theory " Lin Quan Gao Zhi" are both the classical thesis of parallel prose,I also make bold to write my graduation thesis in the form of prose,so as to pay my respect to the classics.This article compares the differences and similarities between the NTNU and Liao Normal University in art education,through my own experience.The introduction of the article briefly introduces my feelings when I arrived at the NTNU and the preparations for the beginning of the class.The key point of which is to compare the common points and differences between the following four aspects: the form of electing courses,curriculum concept,classroom teaching and performance evaluation.The key point is to compare the common points and differences between thees two schools in the forms of course selection,curriculum philosophy,classroom teaching and performance assessment.By comparing the differences in the forms of course selection between thees two schools,we can get to know the advantages and disadvantages of these courses selection.In mainland,the promotion of art literacy is highly valued in the major courses by Art College of Higher Education,as the subject of training is art teachers for primary and secondary schools.The level of teacher in art literacy directly affects students' art literacy.This essay lists the curriculum arrangements for both undergraduate and graduate students in these two colleges,and compares the differences from the three basic parts: public basic courses,professional courses and education courses.The process of classroom teaching is actually the process of teacher-student interaction.Through the analysis of classroom teaching,this essay also analyzes the reason why there is phenomenon of head lower students and off-class students in current colleges and universities.Performance appraisal is a summary and evaluation of students at a certain period,which reflects the students' mastery ofknowledge in general and promotes the development of university study atmosphere.Library is an important part of the development of colleges and universities and play an important role in learning.While discussing the evaluation system of performance appraisal,the library of the two universities is compared and the differences between the evaluation system of the two colleges are analyzed.At last,this essay explains the actions and thinking of visiting students,and through the study of these two colleges,the advantages and characteristics of the two colleges are summed up so that they can learn from each other.
