Focusing On The Intervention Of Orientation Counseling On The Pressure Of Poor College Students' Love

The problem of needy undergraduates’ mental health is always thefocus of the domestic ideological and political educators， psychologicalhealth educators and so on. However， the researches on specificintervening measures are less in existing literatures， and there are scarcelyresearches focusing on needy undergraduates’ mental health from lovepsychology. To solve above insufficient， this study analyzes thecharacteristics of needy undergraduates’ love stress by starting with it，adopts the form of group counseling， and explore new ways and means toimprove the level of needy undergraduates’ mental health from the angle oflove psychology.This study consists of the following parts:Firstly， taking YunnanNormal University as an example， investigate the status of needyundergraduates’ love stress through questionnaires;Secondly， analyze thecharacteristics of needy undergraduates’ love stress and the differencebetween poor and normal undergraduates， and then formulatecorresponding group guidance scheme;Thirdly， recruite members of groupcounseling， and carry out solution-focused group counseling on the basis ofexperimental sheme; Fourthly， it discusses the results of group counseling.According to the study， I have drawn the following conclusion:Fisrtly， the level of undergraduates’ love stress in Yunnan NormalUniversity is in a mild level.There is extremely significant difference in lovestress between poor and non-poor undergraduates.Secondly， the significant difference between the experimental groupbefore and after the test， the experimental group were measured before andthree months after the test， the experimental group and the control groupafter the test， the experimental group and the control group after threemonths of testing in love stress questionnaire scale and SCL-90scale provesthat the solution一focused group counseling group intervention iseffective. Thirdly， group counseling members’ feel after the guidance furtherprove that the the solution一focused group counseling intervention iseffective.
