The Applied Research On The Friendship Quality Currentcondition Of Technical School Students And It`s Improvement With Solution-focused Group Counseling

The age of technical school students is about 16 to 18 years old, this stage is a key point of physical development as well as world、worth、life、ethics sense shaping. Communication is the fundamental requirement of human social activities. To individual, peer interaction is a important way to improve social adaptability and personality. In fact, many technical school students have troubles in peer interaction, they cannot do anything to help themselves, it disturbs them badly in not only school studying but also normal living and brings them bad influence in learning efficiency and mental health extremely. Therefore, it is very significant and important to study the peer interaction of technical school students especially the friendship quality which affect their physical and mental health highly, then use positive ways to improve their ability of solving problems during interpersonal communication.Based on the previous studies which focus on friendship quality among all the under-college students, this study use”Friendship Quality Questionnaire”revised by Zou Hong to investigate current condition among three different technical schools in Hebei Province. This study aims at designing a group counseling program to improve the friendship quality of technical school students with the analysis of their friendship quality current condition as well as the Solution-Focused Brief Counseling therapy and technology, and confirming the validity of this group counseling through experiment research, finally analyzing the efficacy factors that can enhance the technical school students` friendship quality.This research mainly gets the following conclusions:1. The total level of Hebei technical school students` friendship quality is medium, a great deal of technical school students have numerous conflict problems. There exists a huge difference in the sexual dimension,girls` total friendship quality is better much than boys`. Friendship quality of students in Grade Two is worst among three grades. It influences little whether you are an only child, but non-only children is better in dimension of intimate communication. Students live in urban is better than live in rural, but it also contributes more conflict and contradiction. Student cadres devotes little to friendship quality.2. This group counseling program based on Solution-Focused Brief Counseling Theory is proved available for improving technical school students` friendship quality.3. The efficacy factor that can enhance the technical school students` friendship quality4.are: the chance to help others, group support, group study, group optimism, group empowerment.
