Communication is the basic way of human social practice activities. For individuals, it is the way to improve the ability of social adaptation and personality development.In recent years, with the optimized allocation of domestic education resources, and the layout,planning and adjustment of school, economic differences between urban and rural areas. The number of boarding schools and boarding students develop rapidly. Boarding school is a relatively special environment.It mainly reflected on : the students live in a relatively closed environment that made up of teachers and students, and have little contact with their parents.The interpersonal object and sources of social support of those students are from the inside the school. The life and emotional support from family is significantly reduced.combined with the huge pressure of entrance examination for secondary school or college, as a result, the mental health problems of boarding middle school students in many aspects, such as interpersonal distress has become one of the focus of education and psychology research.Based on the previous studies which focus on relationships, this study use“interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale”revised by Zheng Richang, to investigate current condition the interpersonal status of middle-school students about four districts in Hebei province in this paper. This study aims at designing a group counseling program to improve the relationships of boarding schools’ students with the analysis of their relationship current condition as well as the Solution-Focused Brief Counseling therapy and technology, and confirming the validity of this group counseling through experiment research, finally analyzing the efficacy factors that can enhance the relationship of boarding schools’ students.This research mainly gets the following conclusions:The total level about the relationship of boarding schools’ students in Hebei is medium, a great deal of boarding schools’ students have numerous conflict problems.At some aspect,girls`relationship is much better than boys`. Relationship condition of students in junior Grade one and senior grade one are best among six grades. where ever you live in urban or in rural and where ever your parents work, influences little at the relationship. but it also contributes more conflict and contradiction. The relationship condition that students who are only-child are much better than student who are non-only children. Student cadres devotes little to relationship condition,but students who are cadres have a better condition than students who are not cadres at Heterosexual friends communication.This group counseling program based on Solution-Focused Brief Counseling Theory is proved available for improving the relationships of boarding schools’ students.The efficacy factor that can enhance the relationships condition of boarding schools’ students are: The auxiliary project of scientific and strict, group members actively cooperate with serious and responsible, group leader and for the implementation of the focus group technology.
