With the rapid development of foreign language education, the focus of China’sforeign education has been "hearing" before "say" gradually to "read "," write"transition, there has been increasing emphasis on writing in a foreign languagerequirement. However, China is now the prevailing Throughout foreign languageteaching, writing specifically for relatively small, existing materials are still manyproblems, has severely hampered the vigorous development of China’s foreignlanguage teaching career.From the comparison of foreign language teaching to start writing, combined withGuizhou University Intermediate students practical teaching writing classes, writingin the minds of students and teaching writing classes as a starting point to exploreforeign language writing teaching strategies and materials closer together. I believethat teaching is the main basis for the content of classroom teaching, the preparationof writing materials should also follow the science, fun, practical principles, butshould also take into account the stage of actual expression level students, otherwisethere may be reduced to a writing class door disguised "reading" auxiliary courses.Therefore, operability and materials for teachers and the use of an accurate grasp ofmaterials will have an impact on the writing lesson. Therefore, this paper also writinglesson classroom made their views in order to provide reference for the relatedteaching and research.Thesis consists of five parts:The first chapter, be asked questions, and a general introduction to the study ofobjects, methods and basis; Chapter II of the Foreign Language Writing and Writingmaterials research, analysis of the characteristics of teaching writing and teachingpurposes, and introduces standards and status of the teaching of writing teachingstage, analyzes the history and current situation of writing materials research,describes the meaning and role of writing materials research; Chapter III of the mainchoice of two typical textbook " Developmental Chinese Intermediate Writing " and "comparative study of Chinese Intermediate Writing tutorial ". Comparison of the twobasic conditions introductory textbook; compare two versions of textbooks written inthe principles and purposes; comparison of textbooks and teaching materialssubsidiary body part exercises; find two materials has its own features andshortcomings in these areas can learn from each other. Chapter IV Intermediate Guizhou University students choose teaching writing classes for empirical analysis.Foreign Language Teaching and writing materials have a strong correlation, there aremany problems students writing, targeted Intermediate students raised GuizhouUniversity teaching writing classes in question, can be improved on the content oftextbooks and teaching materials selection, while changes in teaching methods,improve teaching facilities.
