| Culture is always the important proposition which is discussed again and againduring the history of civilization, for the sake of globalization, Chinese culture mustfocus on cultural self-consciousness. Since the documentery <a bite of China>broadcasting, not only cause a buzz domesticly, but also raise a boom overseas, theculture connotation and its international photograpy is worth to research. This articleby means of the culture connotation of <a bite of China> to discuss how to achievecultural self-consciousness, includes Chinese traditional culture, the changes of thetradition and its inherit. Also, I make some related elaborate from the point of cultureconnotation, because it is a vital feature of cultural self-consciousness.
