The Processing Of Cultural Information In Literary Translation

Today, with the globalization of economic, cultural exchange between countries and nations is becoming increasingly frequent. As a cross-language and cross-cultural communication activity, cultural translation seems more important. The treatment of cultural elements in translation exerts a great influence on intercultural communication. In this work, the character and the difficulties of literary translation are analyzed on the example of "silkworms for Jin Ling". In many examples translation strategies are explained in the treatment of cultural elements.
